3 teams have taken on the ultimate skiff challenge, running from the Florida/Alabama line all the way around the state to the Florida/Georgia line. Non Stop! Over 1,350 miles of open water. To make it even more interesting, skiffs are less than 18 ft, limited to 70 HP or less and hold no more than 22 gallons of fuel.

The adventure begins on April 6th and is expected to finish on April 9th.

The Skiff Challenge is not a race, but a challenge against the elements, the seas, and the weather to see who can even complete the journey.

The real race is to see which team can raise the most money to benefit CCA’s Clean Water Initiatives. Coastal Conservation Association Florida
