Benefits of the FM: Floating Water Mat Holder For Boats
Organize & gain more space. The FM Rack System helps you maximize your boat’s space by keeping your water mats and lily pads stowed safely and off the deck, freeing valuable deck space.
Protect and Secure Your Boards. This lily pad holder helps you protect your water mats, keeping them organized and out of the way.
Durable and weather-resistant. We build these racks to last. Constructed with the toughest, most weather-resistant materials, the FM rack system will go the distance through the most demanding marine conditions. What that translates into ultimately is longevity and a highly reliable investment.
No Permanent Installation Required. These floating mat racks for your boat slide into the reinforced rod holders on your boat, so no installation is required. Use the app below to select the correct racks, then slide them into your fishing rod holders. It’s that easy.
Created for and by Boat Enthusiasts. The Manta Racks FM Rack System is our response to the problem of transporting water mats by boat. There were no water mat racks for boats that could safely and securely store our mats. We took the opportunity to fix that problem and developed the FM Rack System. We’ve continually improved this product over the years and are very proud of the top-tier rack system it is today.
The Manta Racks Floating Mat Holder for Boats
The Floating Mat Rack System transports floating pads for boats; 1 floating mat/boat float pad on your boat (up to 18′ long). This system includes two racks and must be set into quality, through-bolted, reinforced fishing rod holders. The optimal distance between the two-rod holders should be 24″ to 38″.
If a rod holder is at an angle, our system rotates and locks every 22 1/2 degrees so the rack system is parallel with your boat gunwale. Please measure the angle of your rod holder so you get the correct rack system. A 15° rod holder will not work with a 30° Manta Rack product.
Click here to download an app to measure your current rod holder:
Once you have downloaded the Angle Meter App to your smartphone, insert a fishing pole (or other straight object, i.e. mop handle) into the rod holders you plan to use for the racks. With the Angle Meter App opened, place your phone against the pole in the first-rod holder and follow the App’s instructions. The angle will be either a 0, 15, or 30-degree angle. The App’s results may display the difference between the angle and 90 degrees. For instance, 60 degrees would be a 30-degree rod holder. Repeat this process on the second-rod holder you plan to use. Measure both rod holders, because they may NOT be the same angles. Looking for good lily pad/floating water pad/huge water mats storage ideas?
